2008 QUEST Is Best Media Outreach Campaign Aloha Airlines shut down on 31 March 2008 and was soon followed by ATA Airlines on 2 April 2008. These major events prompted Hawaii Covering Kids to create a media outreach campaign targeting Hawaii’s laid-off workers. The goal was to inform parents about free health insurance options for their children. Many of these families had never been connected to government services, therefore emphasis was explaining how the programs operate and enrolling eligible kids in QUEST and Medicaid Fee-for-Service. The link above will download a detailed report in PDF format.
