Call 211 (free from all islands) or visit www.coveringkids.com for information about Med-QUEST’s free health insurance programs for kids."
- We distributed standup signs (Does Your Child Need Health Insurance? Talk to Me!”) and a total of 3,500 flyers through DLIR's Workforce Development Offices in Hilo, Honolulu, Kona, Lihue, Wailuku, and Waipahu.

QUEST Is Best 2008 Media Outreach Campaign
During May 2008, we conducted radio interviews, placed community newspaper advertisements, distributed a news release, and joined presentations to inform recently laid-off employees about health insurance for their children. Many of these families had never been connected to government services, therefore emphasis was enrolling kids in QUEST and Medicaid Fee-for-Service and explaining how the programs operate.
